simplyCDPAP Rating: Average
Overall, Caring Professionals doesn’t seem to be a bad option, just not one that pays the most.
For Upstate, the pay is closer to the higher side of the pay range, but they lose that once you get into Long Island and NYC. Once you are downstate, the pay is very much average or below average compared to other agencies.
Like almost every other agency we’ve reviewed, there is some customer complaints with pay and service; however, with Caring Professionals it doesn’t seem to be as prominent as some of the others.
While much of their focus seems to be in the Home Health Aide side of the business, Caring Professionals is still a strong contender in the CDPAP market and a relatively stable competitor.

How much does Community Care Companions pay CDPAP caregivers?
New York City
simplyCDPAP called 46 of the largest and most predominant CDPAP agencies in June of 2022 to see what the rates for caregivers were for Buffalo, NYC, and Nassau county. We used scenarios where the CDPAP patient had Fidelis as the plan and residing in these areas. All data displayed was provided directly by a representative of that particular agency and rates may vary. Some agencies opted to not answer the phone or return messages, which we have no control over.
What does Caring Professionals reviews say?
Most of the positive reviews call out specific representatives by name in the review for their caring attention and professionalism
Not So Good At:
Ironically, the majority of the negative reviews cite that service is cold, uncaring, unprofessional, and the representatives are rude. Issues with paperwork being returned multiple times or getting lost.
Only one review stating something similarly found in Google reviews. Focuses on the home health side of the business, not the CDPAP side.
Only 3 reviews on Glassdoor making it hard to really get a feel of what employees like about this company or, more importantly, what they do not like.
